This is very good (shame it was so late), but there are bits to improve.
Lots of areas need images to support - themes, most of The Matrix stuff, areas like lighting - pick certain scenes that use different lighting techniques for different reasons.
When thinking about editing...what about the pace of it? Jump cuts? Action packed techniques? A few short cuts in a couple of areas.
Excellent start, another hour or so and it can be an A grade piece of work.
